been here 4x, every time I’ve had someone different but I love how my eyebrows come out every time ! usually no wait during weekdays

This is for the service of Maria,the hairstylist! Not sure where she learned how to cut hair but DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR. Honestly, I should have walked out. She brushed my hair dry the minute I walked to her chair. Then at another section, she realized it was too tangled so decided to put some conditioner but O water. She brushed away probably 100/200 times no kidding. It took her 20 minutes to finally go to the cut but even so, she was still brushing. I never/ rarely brush my hair. I could tell so much hair was falling out. She SUCKS. I am disappointed in myself for not having spoken up. She probably destroyed my curl pattern and caused breakage too! I LL never go to her. I usually cut myself but this time, I was like I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL. Well,she surely is not either.

I really don’t have any complaints about this place. It has been my go to spot for years for brows. They are friendly, fast, and do decent work for a reasonable price. Is there room for Improvement yes which is why I gave 4 stars but I am satisfied and again have no real complaints. You should check them out!

I came here two times before this last time and both times were great. I always tell the technician beforehand to only clean up my brow and leave them thick as I have extremely thick brows and like them that way. However this last time the person doing my brows completely ignored my request and made my brows thinner than I have ever had them. When she showed me the first brow I told her it was way too thin and she proceeded to make the second brow even thinner and explain to me why my brows should be that way. She left them uneven and way too thin, and they look horrible. Both her and the owner could care less as well, after she messed up my brows she just said “sorry” and walked away, and the owner stared at me blankly until I paid. I will not be going back.
