Anthonys Barbershop - Folly Rd

Not from around here but needed a cut. Decided to go with Don since he could get me in the soonest. He probably said less than 10 words to me the entire time (which is what I prefer, actually 😂). My wife looks over my hair every time I get it cut and she said it's one of the best cuts I've ever had. I agree. I think I'd have a new barber if I lived nearby. Nice work, Don!

Was looking for a new barber in town, and I stumbled upon Anthony’s Barber Shop. I checked out some reviews, and decided to go ahead and book that appointment online which was super simple and easy to schedule. Now we all know trying out somewhere new can be nerve racking… but as soon as Barber G started cutting my hair I knew it would be a good cut! I can tell that because I like my fades a certain way and my hair can be difficult for most to cut with my coarse and curly hair. The consultation was quick, he understood the assignment, and exceeded my expectations with this cut and beard trim! So if you’re second guessing trying out this barbershop you’d be a fool not to give it a go! I’m sure you’ll be just as happy as I am.

Feel like you want to go back to a 50’s style good old fashioned barber shop? This is the place! I am a big fan of Gig. Get a fantastic cut every time. There is a great hometown feel and lots of fun while you wait. They have walk in Wednesday and the place gets packed with folks. A+ Service.

Anthony has done TREMENDOUS WORK with my elderly friend (who is only 89 years old, though he’ll tell you he’s 100.) Anthony is attentive AND kind, as well as performing excellent barber services. His prices are reasonable, and particularly GOOD if you factor in the quality of his work and level of service. The shop is always immaculately clean. So, Jerry might be old—he’s fishing for compliments with that centenarian claim—but he can feel the professionalism in this shop, and, he’s had a lot of experiences with which to compare it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Still the best barber shop on JI or anywhere. This has been my go to shop since he moved from Folly. I've had all three of the barbers cut my hair and I've been happy with it Everytime. Prices are reasonable and they are friendly. Tons of parking available, easy in and out. Highly recommended. Barber G (owner) is an amazing dude.
