Annie's Massage Spa

I came in as a walk-in and was told they could accommodate me. While waiting, I used the bathroom, which unfortunately was not very clean. When I was brought to the massage room, the table sheets were visibly dirty and had to be changed after I asked. There were spots and hair all over. Once I was on the table, the therapist began briefly for about 30 seconds, but then there was a loud knock and talking at the door. Another staff member then informed me—while I was already undressed on the table.. door wide open—that they could not accommodate me and that I would need to make an appointment instead. I regularly see Sophia. I run, I sit in an office all day, I lift weights every morning - and I am very sore more often than not. I was also trained as a massage therapist many years ago. I don’t practice anymore but I am very picky about who I allow to work on me. Sophia always knows what to work on. I feel better immediately after and feel progressively better the following 3 days. I also appreciate that she works on me fully draped (unless she needs to directly palpate some tissue). She works just fine through the drape. Pro-tip: she defaults toward heavy pressure (which is what I usually need) but if you tell her, she adjusts accordingly. It’s awesome! Highly skilled! Five stars.

had a genuinely awful experience here and would not recommend this place to anyone. The massage itself was rushed, poorly done, and felt like the therapist had no real training. There was no communication about pressure or problem areas, and when I did speak up, it was ignored. The room was unclean and unprofessional, which made it hard to relax at all. On top of that, the staff seemed disinterested and borderline rude, as if my presence was an inconvenience. For the price they charge, I expected at least basic professionalism and competence — I got neither. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customers and knows how to provide a proper massage.
