I explained to the lady what I wanted beforehand. Granted I asked last minute. If you're going to take a customer at least do the job properly. The lady did not understand me, I want to finally a did in my request met. She did a half-ass job. Then they're going to try to ask me if it's okay. They know it's not okay. I let work speak for itself. I could have had my cousin do it. And she can do a way better job. Last time I came the guy did a way better job. Considering how I was treated this time I'm hard pressed to ever go here and give these people my money. I don't care for the massage or anything like that, I care that you do a proper job on my nails. It's unfortunate because granted I am grateful that they took me last minute, but if you cannot do a proper job, then do not accept the j
