Do yourself a favor and do not get an office space at this location and with Regus aka HQ. This company is full of scams. They have hidden fees for everything and you will only find out about them after receiving your invoice. They are not upfront with anything! The people are not helpful and will take months to get back to you blaming it on corporate. The place is also dirty and not maintained.

My experience was not terrible just because the people working there -front desk personnel, they were always really nice and did everything on the capacity. This complaint is direct to Regus/HQ management team. Rent went up by 300% after the end of our 1st lease -A small business can’t afford that increase. Mice (both in our private office and shared area -even the coffee got eaten by mice, it was disgusting!) admin team just setup some traps- did not do the work. Multiple times the AC/Heater was off. No water due to construction work, ended up in office closure. We ended up paying $903 for restoration fees, that’s is just too much for a small business (I know that’s on the House Rules, but still that seem way to much to restore a 200 sq ft office. Annex Spaces is an excellent location right off I-35. I have been there a while, and the owner and staff are great to work with. The reception area and receptionist are a great benefit, especially if you have clients coming in.

Great place. Nadia is great. Reasonable prices. Nice amenities (our favorite is the ice machine). The only negative is sometimes the talking in other offices travels into your office.

Super convenient/easy access location, nice amenities, GREAT staff! I've been here going on 3 years and really love the space.
