0 starts, I spoke to the lady multiple times and sent her pictures of what I wanted and they completely messed it up. I wanted a balayage and they did not do that at all, they foiled my whole head. Told the lady that this is nothing like what I showed her and she was very rude and didn’t care and said there was nothing they could do. The lady who did my hair didn’t even speak English or understand me. I tried to be really nice the whole time but left very upset and disturbed by the whole situation. All she seemed to care about was taking pictures.First picture is what I asked for and second is what they did to my hair

Should've listened to the reviews. The owner is the one I spoke with and did my hair. I asked very thorough questions before taking any steps, by the way. She said she could do the hair color I wanted. She repeatedly, confidently, said she could. So I purchase the Groupon, that she also confirmed covers everything we discussed. Long story short, as soon as I get there, she scans the Groupon and has me sign a paper, weird but okay. Then she tells me she can't actually do it. Obviously I express my confusion as she was very adamant- probably because she knows Groupon sides with the merchant, not the buyer. She says don't worry, she's got this. I say even if bleach is needed, I'm fine with that, I just really want the color I asked for. She says okay. She'll do a test strand, then the head.

I’m sad to write this, but my experience was very disappointing. The owner, Annylez, was extremely rude and even lied to me. A week prior, I came in for a test run of their blowout and Jenny was very nice, so I decided to return. When I came back, Annylez didn’t even give me a blowout—instead she just flattened and curled my hair, and her attitude was unpleasant the entire time. She was also constantly on her phone during my appointment, which felt very unprofessional. I was really hoping this would become my new go-to salon since I’m new to the area, but unfortunately they also up-charge, and the overall experience was not what I expected.

Excellent braiding, also take the kids for various styles. Great staff and prices, it’s my new go to.

I just moved to Bayonne from Miami and was looking to take advantage of this weather and straighten out my curly.( that would actually last due to this amazing weather) I went on groupon and saw their deal and took it. When I entered the salon everyone was very welcoming. My hair was thoroughly washed. I did an amazing deep treatment. Under the dryer with rollers and then blow dried to flat iron. Cut my rough ends. I was absolutely satisfied with my results 🤯🤯. I loved it so much. Supoya did an amazing job.
