Anna was phenomenal!!! Not only did she respond to my email almost immediately regarding the request my 17yo had for the hair style she wanted. She told me exactly how my daughter needed to book it and even had an opening the very next day. The morning of the appointment, she let me know ahead of time that she was running late, which I greatly appreciated. When we arrived, she told us where to wait and then came to get us. She was wonderful with my daughter who is Autistic and doesn't do well with other people or communicating what she wants sometimes. It really helped that Anna is also on the Spectrum so my daughter felt very comfortable with her. The haircut was exactly what she wanted and she really liked Anna. My daughter (adult on the spectrum) had her hair shampooed and cut by Annabelle this week--and I was very impressed by the whole experience. First, the space was compact and soothing. (Much more sensory-friendly than the loud, distracting spaces with multiple stylists chatting with customers and hair dryers going off and on randomly.) Annabelle did a great job of explaining she was about to do, asking my daughter's opinions about everything--water temperature, the use of hair blowers or electric razors, the kind of cut she wanted. Even though we live in Apex, the distance was worth it. Next time my daughter wants a professional cut--we'll be back.

She did an amazing job with my son’s haircut! It’s usually a full-on “fight for life” situation whenever we go for a trim, but this time he didn’t cry at all. Anabella was so patient, gentle, and truly wonderful with him. We’re so grateful — highly recommend her!

We had such a great experience with my son’s sensory-friendly haircut. Haircuts can be a challenge for him, but Annabelle showed so much patience, compassion, and skill. She gave him breaks when he needed them, explained what she was doing in a calm way, and made sure he felt comfortable the entire time. This was by far my best salon experience! Annabelle has a way of making you feel incredibly comfortable. My cut is perfection! She did exactly what I asked for. My family will be her customers for as long as she has her salon! Thank you again Annabelle for such a wonderful cut! It was a pleasure!
