Horrible customer service. The Latina lady was extremely disrespectful and rude. Not a single item had a price marked; you had to ask the condescending and rude lady. I do not recommend coming here. There are places 100% better in the same area

I went to this so called beauty supply and have never been treated so rudely. First off I had my service dog with me and the woman who worked there told me that no service dogs were allowed. ( service dogs are allowed anywhere that you go) she then told me that the store was only for wholesalers. I called before going and she told me it was open to the public. I couldn’t find anywhere on their website that mentioned they were only serving wholesalers. I would not recommend anyone go into this place not only were they rude but it was filthy inside.

The store is large, but feels like a tornado came through. It's very unorganized with boxes stacked everywhere and very few labels on the aisles or the products. They mainly sell cosmetic supply items, although most women of color know that "beauty supply" is synonymous with hair items, too. They have little to no hair products, but an assortment of wigs. If you're looking for cheap polishes, nail kits, and makeup, this is your place, otherwise, I'd recommend starting your search elsewhere. I also was followed immediately upon entering the store with no greeting or offer for help.

This store is amazing, the selection of beauty products & tools (ie: makeup brushes, etc), candles is amazing for such a cosy little shop. The carry unusual fragrances and candles that I can't easily find elsewhere. In addition, the staff are so professional and knowledgeable. This is my favorite beauty product store - no wonder they are featured in Allure magazine several times a year!

The quality of products here are terrific because they deal with natural human hair but expect to pay a lot in the customer service here it's great there's no parking and no restrooms as expected but if you need beauty supplies this is your spot limited selection however and you may not find everything you're looking for but just The bear.
