Disgusting establishment!!! It’s unfortunate for my to be writing this but it’s necessary to warn the potential future clients. I came to Anna after 1 year of growing out my hair to create a natural balayage on my hair … she was multitasking amongst clients, was all over the place and completely damaged my hair. In attempts to correct the damage she added highlights from the very top of my head completely striking my natural colors which the goal was to NOT touch the base. She then scheduled a correction appointment for the following week and canceled on me the night before bc her husband wanted to go on a vacation. Disgusting from a business stand point. She lacks professionalism! She lacks intelligence and comprehension … she failed to understand that I requested a look, the outcome

This salon is a hidden GEM in the heart of Ridgewood. Anna-the Owner is an Exceptional beautician. Her Styling skills and knowledge are top notch. As a Client I have been doing my hair with her and only her for the past 20+ years. Her talent and dedication to her clients is always above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend her services.
