Clean, well-organized store. Prices were reasonable for the items I looked at. This was my first trip there. I do wish the selection of half wigs was extended and they offered more sales on them. The employee was helpful though new at the store. He was still able to answer questions, offer review advice about the products I inquired about. I like that especially. Sometimes the employees know even less than I do. That can be frustrating.

Did not have the hot oil treatment I was looking for

Do NOT order online from this store. I can't speak for their service on-site, but I had a horrible experience. I ordered a product online and received no order number or confirmation email. I called and was given the run around for 2 weeks. They do not manage their own website, and the guy who does obviously doesn't know what he's doing or doesn't care. After calling for the 3rd time, I was told they didn't even have my product in stock, so I was waiting for something I was never going to receive. I was then told someone would call me back about a refund and still no call 🙃. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I don't even buy human hair, I'm a Milky Way free tress buyer and your Over priced and don't have many choices I didn't say it wasn't a Nice store I buy other items it's closer to me and convenient 😁 just not my go too hair store!! But nice customer service when I do come in!!!! 👍
