I went there for the first time a few days ago to get my eyebrows done. I didn't know her but she had curly ginger brownish hair and woo my eyebrows are clean!!!! She did my eyebrows better than I expected. I was very happy. She took great care of me and did my eyebrows. I went to meet my friend today. She complimented my eyebrows a lot. I was even happier and i knew i needed to leave this review. I also brought her card with me. I will definitely go back to get my eyebrows done with her again. I am very happy. you guys should definitely give it a visit!!total recommendedd!

had an appointment for a light waxing before a pool party and booked in advance. When I arrived, the two women at the front desk looked visibly upset about my appointment and started talking to each other in their language. Then one of them turned to me and yelled—loudly enough to completely shock me. I turned around and left immediately. I reached out to the woman in charge afterward, but she did absolutely nothing about it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The place is dirty anyway. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

UPDATE: the first time I came here I had a good experience with the person who threaded my eyebrows, and I was excited to make this my go to eyebrow place. This is my second time coming here, and I was very disappointed with the service. This time I got wax since last time I came, they didn’t have any I had to do thread. I went ahead with the wax and the girl who is doing my eyebrows, was not experienced at all. Not only did she put wax in my hair, but she ripped my hair out instead of cleaning it. She did not know how to place the wax on my eyebrows, and it took her to ask another employee to help her, and they were both hovering over me, trying to get it right. After she ripped my hair out, did my eyebrows, she placed some sort of gel aggressively on my face, getting some in my eye, and

The first time I ever got threaded was my first time there. I was a little tense and anxious as I've been to waxing places that didn't do a very good job. She made me feel comfortable, she asked me a couple of questions and we continued to talk. It had been a while since my brows had been done as I was looking for a place in which I could feel confident in. I'm glad I decided to give it a chance. There was no reference to go by as it had just opened. She cleaned up my brows and my brows were amazing. Would recommend to anyone 10/10 service and quality. Fun fact my eyebrow is the store's official picture and I also saw it on Instagram.

It was a great experience! They were very professional and super nice. They did an amazing job. Fell in love with my eyebrows and so did my sister in law. We will be back here again when we need it. Definitely recommend!
