Angel’s Barbershop

I moved here from PA and the person I found keep either showing up late or not coming at all so as I drove home I seen this place and stop there was 2 ppl there and 2 barbers the guy to the right said he will do my son as soonest he is done. I showed him the picture of what my son use to get done in PA and he delivered just that. Plus only charge my $20. My son was pleased and told me to take him there moving forward. His name was JD.

Anthony is a great worker and patient with my son. I am happy with his work. I will take my son there more. The best barbershop in Staten Island. The place is clean, nice, and vibrant. Friendly workers.

I attempted to use their service. However, the contact I made was rude and dismissive. I couldn't even make an appointment as he said is required because he turned his back and ignored me. My experience left me with the distinct impression that it was all based on my skin color.

Do not go here if you have long hair. This barbershop is only for old men with white hair. One day I went in and there was only 2 barbers working. I waited 30-45 minutes for the barber to be finished with his client. After that I got up to go get ready to sit in the chair. He looked at my hair and said he can't cut "long" hair. He also told me to go to a salon. LOL. I don't think he even had a license to cut hair. I was in disbelief because he made me waste my time and he could have told me that he can't cut long hair when I walked in. Now you know why the barbershop is always empty LOL.

They may have a 4.4 rating but they have a lot to be desired pertaining to potential customers. My husband went there for a hair cut. He was told by appointment only. When he asked for a card to make appointment, the person just turned away. I wonder why but I can guess.
