Angel Tips Nail Spa

We went to Angel Tips today, and they did not disappoint! This was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had. My spouse and I each got one, and we both walked away amazed at the service, quality, and care we received. The massage was truly incredible — the hot stones and oils set them apart from anywhere else we’ve been. They took their time and never rushed, making sure every detail was perfect. You leave feeling refreshed, pampered, and truly satisfied, knowing you received everything you paid for and more. I went in on a Sunday to get a gel mani/pedi for my daughter and I, spent $153 which I thought was overpriced for myself and my 5 year old. By Monday the polish was falling off, I called to schedule them to fix it they said it would be a $10 charge and I said absolutely not since this was there mistake and asked for a refund which was denied. I will definitely not be going back, very disappointed

Ugh, I hate to do this but this place butchered my nails and I don’t want it to happen to you. I came in for a gel mani and regular pedi. Pedi was fine but the manicure was by far the worst I have ever received. First, my nails were long and she filed them with a course file to the nubs. They are still rough at the edges. I had approved only to cut a little. Then she trimmed my cuticles over and over until they bled. And the polish- just amateur. I was with someone else and didn’t want to cause a scene so I just paid (not a cheap job either) and left.

Mai (I asked her name when she started) gave me a pedicure and it was horrible. She dug out around my nails and (as another person also wrote) she dug her fingernails into my skin all around the nail bed. When I mentioned it, someone interjected she was removing excess polish. Well remove it with a cotton ball and liquid remover - don't use your fingernail to dig it off. Someone else came over when I asked why they looked like they did (polish not smooth nor to edge, shadows making black lines around the bed) and they spoke foreign language to her - she didn't even look up at them. I finally said just take polish off and she did. The whole pedicure was very painful. I complained several times of pain - she replied 'sorry' and kept digging. Been going here for about a year for pedicures. I have always been happy with the result, but yesterday I opted for a basic gel mani/pedi. The pedicure was decent, but the manicure looked awful. The lady kept running her nail around the cuticle and now it looks like I already have several weeks of growth and no polish on the bottom of my nails. I am very disappointed. For the cost of this service, I expected a simple gel manicure to have much better results. I won't be going back here.
