I’m only giving 3 stars because in the end, I left satisfied! I’ve been a loyal customer of Angel Nails for a long time and usually see Lee, who always does an amazing job. Recently, I scheduled a 10am appointment with Cece after being told she could do more detailed designs. When I arrived, I was told she wasn’t there yet, so I waited. Cece came in around 10:20, and when I checked in at 10:25, she immediately told me she had an 11am appointment and didn’t want to do my nails, stating she thought I was late. I explained that I had arrived on time and had been waiting for her, but she was very dismissive and rude, even raising her voice at me and other staff. Amazing experience. As a teen boy coming in with my grandma, I was not the typical customer, but the staff treated me with real respect the entire time. The manicure and pedicure were quick, efficient, and still full of great service. Everything felt clean, professional, and welcoming, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend this salon and I will be back.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS NAIL PLACE. SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE IT WILL LAST! I went on a Thursday to get a new set of dip polish. On Monday I got a chip on two nails. I called the nail salon, and it hasn't been a full week, and the lady tells me it's a charge to repair. I think that is ridiculous and your dip polish should have better quality to hold longer than a couple of days. The nail tech should also give a disclaimer if you have a certain number of days for repair. I will never visit this place again & I was just looking for new nail spot. Save your coins and go to nail place that has better customer service and better quality of product that is being used.

Today was my first time in (July the 4th) and I was surprised to see the salon was operating and taking Walk Ins. Nina was absolutely the sweetest and took me in right away. My old dip on my nails was soaked and removed without damaging the nail bed. Then, Nina worked her magic and created a beautiful Manicure! (My husband absolutely loved my nails!) Prices are great and most importantly service is top tier! Definitely will be coming back again. Thank you Nina for my nails! I absolutely loved them 🤍 (Gel Color: Pink Pearl #081 if I remember correctly lol)

Use to love this salon…there is a new staff and they are not as good. Paid 140 for 2 pedicures and my polish didn’t dry and a chunk mushed off my big toe 3 hrs later of drying them. My husband toe nails were cut really short to the point it’s red and hurts. Bottom of our feet is still rough. Money wasted. Only good thing was soaking in the jelly. Definitely Will not return.
