Terrible service! I called four hours in advance, and maybe it's my fault for not speaking English well, but I asked in a thousand different ways if they had space for me yesterday, and they told me, "Learn English," in a racist tone, and hung up the phone five times. So I thought, "Okay, I'll go to the place directly." I went, and I admit it was a little late; I was leaving work, and it was nearby. With my broken English, I asked if they could serve me, and a customer—yes, a customer—was translating, and they looked me up and down and treated me terribly, in a racist and rude way. My mistakes were perhaps the time and not being fluent in the language, but I certainly didn't deserve that treatment. THEY ARE AWFUL PEOPLE! This is the second and LAST TIME I ever go to this spa. Both times, I went in for a pedicure. After this second time, I have confirmed what I saw the first time was NOT my imagination. Two different techs, but both failed ro use a clean nail file or a fresh pumice stone, which they are supposed to open in front of you. Not only did the man not open the pumice stone in front of me, but you could tell from the severe denting in it that the pumice stone had been used SEVERAL times before. Agter using it on me, the man rinsed it in the dirty water my feet were in and put it right back in his caddy - clealry to be used on the next client. The nail file was also CLEARLY used MULTIPLE times before me. I feel ashamed I didn't speak up, but you start to question your own sanity and validity of your

I loved the professionalism of the workers & the cleanliness of the place, but paying $60 for a refill & change of color is a bit much only for my nails to look like this 3 days later. The bubbles were there the day I got them done.

My pedicure was good. The tech I got took her time and really did a great job on my feet. The tech my sister got was impatient, did not take her time and cut my sisters cuticle and made her bleed. I didn’t like that the tech ignored the bleeding until my sister asked her to rinse it. You kind of role the dice on this place. Just depends on who does your nails.

After using a brush to wash off all the acrylic left on my hands (goops left under my nails), these are my nails the next morning. The place is not the cleanest, and even with an appointment you're waiting. These nails are SO thick and do not look oval as I asked.
