Angel Nail

I've been coming to Travis for my acrylics and Linda for my pedicures for over 15 years. Zero issues with nails lifting. My nails always look amazing. 😍 They are located inside Sola Salon. Reading some of the reviews makes me think the wrong salon was reviewed or a competitor is leaving bad reviews intentionally. Give them a try and see for yourself why they have longstanding customers. (Do not confuse Angel Nail-Travis&Linda in Valencia with Angel's Nails in Canyon Country). Don't do it. I came in asking for acrylic removal and he said he could do it. He grabbed clippers and cut my nails which I did not want because my nails were grown to a nice length ( not long because u work in Healthcare). Then he grabs a nail tip and tries to pry off the old acrylic. I had to tell him not to do that because I have weak nails, I want them soaked off. He kept trying to proceed with peeling them off saying he will stop if it hurts but it took 3 times of me telling him no before he finally grabbed the acetone. Now tge acrylic is off in a safer method but my nails are down to nub again. ):

It took them 2 hours to do a gel manicure, and it's the worst I've ever had. Color is very uneven, thick in some area and translucent in others. There are bubbles in the top coat. They cut my nails way to short and after the first nail her response was "oh, too late now." One nail was cracked and normally they will glue it together, this lady proceeded to cut that nail super short and move on. When I walked in I was told there was a short wait, ten minutes later they started soaking my nails. Then switched techs and waited another 15 minutes before they started the manicure. Once he was finished I waited another 15 minutes for another tech who filed my nails then informed me she can't paint them and I have to wait for the other tech, after an hour and 20 minute of being passed around they

My experience at Angel nails was terrible!! I helped for 20 minutes but then another costumer comes and I was told to sit until some 1 could help me so I wait 35 minutes with no help!! After I complained they soon helped me my acrylic nails came out pretty decent but one nail was crooked and I was extremely upset. The workers are very nice but they need more people to work there so they can take more than two coustomers and not have then wait like I did. I don't think I will ever be going back again!!
