Never again. I don’t know where all of these fabulous reviews are coming from unless they are all customers of Jaclyn, who by the way is super sweet! However, if you’re not one of her clients and you want a design good luck. First off I start my appointment by the person I booked with FORGETTING about our appointment. Now mind you I booked with this person because on Instagram they told me they can do a very specific design I wanted. I get there that person didn’t show up and I was told they can’t do that design, but they can try their best. So the person who did my fill and prepped, my nails for the design was unable to do it, the second person that I was told to go to told me it was a sticker and couldn’t do it (there’s no chance the photo inspo was a sticker) and then finally poor Jacly

Very rude, came in for a powder dip manicure and gel pedicure. Three of my toes were bleeding and almost a week later, still in pain. The tech who did my dip powder was rude and clearly distracted paying more attention to every other chair in the place other than mine. I was trying to accept it, but couldn’t. I called less than three days later and was told to come in. He examined where it was peeling, accused me of using harsh chemicals on my hands making the powder disintegrate. That was clearly not the case but after I tried explaining that wasn’t the case he basically said I was lying. Anyway he quickly refiled my nails, they’re crooked and jagged now mind you and he sanded off the powder dip and did a quick gel re-paint on them. Finished, looked up and said “you’re done”. Omg I’ve read reviews about getting infections after pedicures!!! Omg I took my 89 yo mom there both big toes are so infected!!!!!! I will never go there again!!! I should have listened to the reviews and word of mouth!! I hate this place stay away!!!

I absolutely love this nail salon! I just had my eyebrows and nails done by Anna, and she did such an amazing job! She’s super friendly, really knows her stuff, and is both efficient and gentle with her work. I couldn’t be happier!

I will never step foot in this nail salon again. In all my 30 years of life, I have never dealt with such blatant disrespect at a nail salon and I am a native from Long Island. My mother and I walked in simply wanting to get our nails done, and within minutes the negativity started. As we sat down finishing up a quick phone call, a woman stormed over with an attitude, rolled her eyes, and asked if she could help us in the most dismissive way. Before I could even process that, she walked off.
