ANA Nails

I tried this salon for the first time and I am shocked. My toenails have just all fallen off or are moldy. The work is incredibly disgusting my toenails are not doing well at all and I have to wait months now until they grow out again. It's a disastrous job. It looks nice from the top, but it damages your own nails so much. I would never set foot in it again. I've been going to pedicure for years but this is incredible.

I feel like they purposely didn’t tell me prices and over charged me !!! I asked for nail removal of old acrylic set….the guy offered a clear coat….he charged me $62 and didn’t even do a full gel manicure or offer me to pick a color which js ridiculous if you’re gonna charge for the full service. It took 15 mins to remove my nails and paint a gel clear coat. THEN my pedicure was rushed, I asked for a BASIC gel pedicure and he took it upon himself to do a $90 DELUXE pedicure in 35 mins. I was charged $132 for a rushed pedicure I didn’t ask for and a clear coat “gel manicure” on my natural nail. Then the lady who did my brows was rushing too because she had somehow in her lash chair, left tons of hair and my brows swelled from her not cooking the wax. I’ve been a client since high school, and the service here has always been top-tier. The staff is welcoming, professional, and truly a pleasure every single visit. Anna is my girl! She’s always on time, somehow manages to squeeze me in for last-minute appointments when I’m in a bind, and stays on top of all the latest nail trends and lash techniques. Her designs are FIRE — seriously, just show her a picture and she’ll bring it to life (or make it even better). If you haven’t booked your appointment yet… what are you waiting for?! 💅✨

I absolutely love my nails!! Tommy is A1!!! Not gonna lie, I’ve had a love/hate relationship with this shop. The fact is that, you’re gonna have to go through trial and error. Go to a few different nail techs, find your favorite and stick with them! Make appointments and be consistent and you will have a good experience. Do NOT go up in there last minute and let any person who’ve never let touch your nails, do your nails. That’s the key!🔑 Trust me 💅🏽❤️

If I could give zero stars I would I went to Ana’s two weeks ago bob did my nails and did a great job today bob was out I went to a guy who didn’t tell me his name he sat at table 11 I got a FILL IN my nails are extremely lumpy and he rushed the entire time bob charged me 45 dollars for a fill two weeks ago this guy at table 11 charged 55 dollars for a fill in a full set cost 55 at this same salon it’s one thing to not really care for your nails that happens sometimes, but to be overcharged for sloppy work is nasty work . I recommend going to another salon with people who actually care about their clients and also pride themselves in giving good work they also charged another woman 80 dollars for a manicure Ana needs to work on customer service and prioritize good work I’m going to contact
