I had a great reiki session with Denise p this week. She was wonderful. I let her know what physical pain I had and that I was open to anything I needed to heal. Wonderful hot hands. Great session reduced my tension in my neck and shoulders. She help me balanced things through out my body. I feel great

I just did my first ever Qi Gong class with Amy this morning, and it was so much more than I could have hoped for. The space was welcoming and soothing and Amy did a fantastic job modelling and explaining the brand new to all 3 participants movements. Not only does she show you what to do and gently corrects until you get it, she explains why you're doing the moves and how it helps your body and soul. I went home and immediately registered for next week's session and added it as a recurring event in my calendar. Obviously, I highly recommend this class and Amy as a practitioner and teacher.
