This was the WORST pedicure I’ve ever had. First, I tell them I have a cut on my foot to please work around it; they actually suggested I get a HALF-PEDICURE! Meaning—they don’t want to be liable for further damage so I would pay full price, but receive treatment for one foot and not the other. Then, since I questioned this, they ensured to make the water BOILING hot on purpose. Additionally, they never stamped my card of service. Avoid this place at all costs, they’ll see an injury as a liability and still be abusive with their clients. I will never be returning there.

I went to Amy's on a whim while on a weekend trip to Boston. The staff were friendly and did exactly what I asked for. The second picture is how my nails looked an entire month later. I wished I lived in Boston so I could go here regularly!

Just moved to boston and need to find a new nail salon. I was hesitant about this one bc the reviews are 50/50 but I’m very pleased with the results! I came for an acrylic fill and love the color and shape. She was quick but it felt thorough and I don’t have any issues so far.

Got a dip manicure on Saturday 11/09, and two of my nails were chipped by Tuesday 11/12. Four more of my nails were chipped by Thursday 11/14 and by the Saturday following my manicure the only nails not chipped were my thumb nails. Not sure if it is the quality of the dip they use or some other reasons, but I absolutely will not go back for a manicure that costs almost $50 and doesn't even last three days.

Excellent manicure, short wait despite being very busy, clean, reasonably priced. Manicurist asked if I liked shape and color for both fingers and toes, very nice gesture. Will be back!!
