Amy Nails

I had to wait longer than I would have liked for Tuesday afternoon, but I was a walk-in. The check-in process was a little confusing because they were the reception desk, but no one was mailing it. I found out from one of the other customers that I should tell the lady to my right doing nails when I was there for. Other than these small things, I was thrilled with my experience. I had to wait longer than where I usually go but my results I was much happier with. Beth did my nails and she did a fantastic job. I am not sure of the name of the man that did my pedicure, but he also did a very good job. I will definitely return and I would recommend this to other people. It was definitely worth waiting.

This is a well known hidden gem in the area. While all of the folks here are experts in their craft, we swear by Miss Zoey, as she has remarkable freehand work and skills, plus a personality and sense of humor spending more than 90 minutes of your life with actually enjoyable…despite the strong fumes of acetone and nail filings. Bottom line, this place is fantastic and for the price and service, you have no right to complain, well worth twice as much easily so shut up, sit down, and be nice, all the other nail places are talking mean about you in Vietnamese with half the care and you deserve it. 😀

When I went to Amy's I had an older Asian lady (not Amy) who did my gel manicure. I had already had bad experiences with her in the past but did not want to seem rude by asking for someone else. This lady did not file my nails hardly at all, leaving them all uneven lengths, rough, and rigid on the edges. Throughout the entire process she was on her phone, rushing, and being sloppy. When I asked if she could fix one of the imperfections on a nail she said no multiple times before fixing it, and was incredibly rude. The overall painting job was terrible, there were multiple chips, parts unpainted, bubbles of paint, uneven paint on the top, and parts where she painted onto my skin. Overall absolutely not worth my money and will be refusing this employee in the future, if I even go back to Amy

Absolutely horrible experience! Went on a Monday for a walk-in. We waited a long time even after being seated for a pedicure. I did not get a massage or file down. Then, I had to have them come put more nail polish on because she did one coat them immediately did a top coat before waiting for it to dry. So it was see-through. Instead of doing it over, she just added coats. I asked for another person, and they sent the same woman back. The picture was the result of nails. My friend got a gel manicure, and the woman told her she didn't do pedicures, but they didn't have enough people. So she butchered my friends' toes and even made them bleed. It was super hot in there the day I went. Very uncomfortable. The lady that did my toes was very nice and good however, she didn't trim any nails on my toes or get the excess skin. Also didn't get all of my rough skin off my feet. Probably won't return.
