I’m very disappointed with my recent hair appointment. The color came out patchy and uneven, and the haircut is choppy and poorly blended. My hair was so unmanageable that I even had to get a keratin treatment because I couldn’t brush it. For the price I paid, I expected much higher quality and attention to detail. Now I have to get it corrected elsewhere, which is frustrating. I hope this feedback encourages better consistency and care for future clients. Abby was very professional and accepted me in as I needed a last minute haircut. Told her what I wanted done and gave me that. It was my first time trying this salon out and I am very happy with the outcome. Will be coming here more often. Thank you so much Abby!
