Purchased a wig came back a day later to purchase additional items. Asked for a wig cap that’s $1 but included free with wig purchase but didn’t received one. She didn’t remember me and asked when was my purchase so I went to the car for the wig and receipt. She then says she’ll do it this time but she can’t give free stuff after the purchase. I then said I didn’t get one and my mom is dying and that’s wasn’t the thing on my mind. She said it’s not her mom and I lost it! I told her that was hellish and she said get out! I threw my stuff on the counter and said I’m not buying anything else and turned to walk out and she threw the wig cap and it hit me in the back. I told her business wouldn’t last with that behavior! I can’t believe how upset she got me over $1 with such hellish attitude an

I found the wigs to be of good quality and offered at affordable prices. The customer service was also friendly. I do wish there were more color options in the synthetic wigs to complement a wider range of skin tones. However, I understand that I am not the intended target market. Despite this, I still found a few wigs that I liked enough to purchase.

What I love most about this store is that they offer an extensive range of high-quality, brand-name wigs with reasonable prices. This beauty supply store also has a great selection of hair products and accessories. Last but not least, I always receive Excellent Customer Service.

I purchased a pink lemon frontal lace for $140 when I checked the price on Amazon, the frontal lace cost only $47. Please don't go there if you want to save money.
