American Nail

Please do NOT I repeat do NOT get your nails done here.. they were very unprofessional the lady messed up my nails and when I ask to redo they close the door and said come back. I called back the next day before I came and the man gave me a hard time over the phone until I mentioned refund… I came back and they still messed up my nails these nails are less then a week old and they look a mess!! (Mind you these nails are suppose to be white )If I could give zero stars I would don’t go there!!!!!!!!!

I do not like this nail shop 🫤went twice and the lady and the man always making a excuse on not doing my nails 💅 I’m not from this area nor Albany but rather go to American nails 💅 in Albany more pleasant nasty & rude there I’m thinking it’s closed down now

If there was an option to give them zero stars I would. For starters I told the man working in there that I wanted short square nails. They were more of an almond shape and the polish was all over my cuticles. Then I went back the next day because they were about to close the day he did them and asked him to make them more square and they still weren’t up to par. So I asked him if I can get them soaked off and he claimed he didn’t do that. I continued to explain to him that I don’t recall him giving me a receipt and may I take a picture of his copy. He proceeding to hide the receipts and told me no. I paid $50 for the nails in the photo and wasn’t satisfied at all and he did nothing to make me feel more satisfied

This probably was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had! I went in with my daughter and it was a young guy who did my pedicure and he was finish in 20 minutes. He acted as if I was bothering him and he didn’t have the time. The pedicure was awful and the paint job was even worst. The older gentleman that worked on my daughter did a good job on her, but I explained my concerns to him and he had no type of rebuttal. I will definitely never return to this establishment!!!

I have never been so disappointed. The service was horrible. The lady was so rude and moved my hand with force twice. The pedicure water was cold. They couldn’t do my nails or feet the way I wanted them. They only had black and white for nail design options and cut out nail art. They were also short of staff. Please don’t waste your money at the American Nails in Lee County. You will get what you pay for or not.
