first time there getting my hair cut and jessi was great! i love the length and my hair feels healthy :)

I want to start by saying I am not discrediting the stylists in any way. If anything, I highly recommend Tasmyn. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. My concern is not with the quality of service but with how I was treated when speaking to the manager. When I called, I first spoke with a young lady who was very polite and helpful. However, when the manager got on the phone, the tone changed. I simply asked if I could pay by check, knowing that hair appointments can be expensive. I was told checks were not accepted, which I completely understood. I then asked if I could cancel my appointment. At that point, the manager said in a very rude tone, “Well, your appointment is in 45 minutes, so we have no choice but to take it.” I was also asked “can we deposit the check right now” I repl

This studio is absolutely stunning and the vibes are 10/10. I go to Jessi and she does such an amazing job making my hair look exactly how I vision it. She’s the sweetest person ever and she had the most beautiful energy in her salon. All of her stylists do an amazing job as well. You won’t regret choosing Milk and Honey as your hair salon!
