American Eagle

I have been batteling American Eagle for over a month to get my refund for a pair of jeans that the person working the counter at Friendly Center didn't issue to me, but kept the jeans! How many other people are going to have their money stolen from them! Customer Service is a joke...3 phone calls later & they even said they acknowledge that this has happened, but refuse to refund me! Horrible business!!

This is the best store I have been to in a very long time. Their customer service reminds me of stores many years ago when people were kind and cared. Kudos to Kim and the entire crew! We will pass 3 other American Eagle stores to visit again soon!

Cashier doesn’t know what she’s doing. She’s huffing and puffing in front of customers and causing issues. Both customers in front of me had returns and she talked to them like they were stupid. I hear the customers say “I won’t ever come back” then the cashier was like “wait no”. “Nevermind I will just return not exchange since this is such an issue” as the cashier said “are you sure” 😮 Need to hire more experienced associates.

Corporate should come off the money and turn on their air conditioning. I was literally prepared to buy my 2 daughters almost a huge portion of their wardrobe for Christmas. Due to the extreme levels of discomforting mug and uncomfortable warmth, we decided to take our business to altered state and anthropology. Apparently, they had to have fans running because a corporation as large as American eagle, refuses to repair their air conditioning, and in a climate like North Carolina, is not ideal for customers who like to drop 3763.42 on their daughters new clothes for Christmas. Tighten up guys! Fix your utilities. It really isn’t a good look on you guys to be neglecting your stores, not to mention the working environment you keep for your employees 🙄😔

NOT ONE ASSOCIATE.....Spoke or greeted me upon entry. Really didn't feel welcomed during my visit.
