The store manager’s approach to supervising employees appears overly strict and highly micromanaged. Employees seem under constant pressure, frequently being corrected or monitored in a way that disrupts their ability to assist customers effectively. This environment creates visible stress among staff and makes interactions feel tense and uncomfortable. As a customer, it becomes challenging to ask questions, browse products, or have normal conversations without feeling as though employees are afraid of making mistakes or speaking freely. Will not be returning, please do better.

Rude, poor customer service. Edited after owner's response: Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with that response. I asked to speak to management so that I could explain the circumstances of my dissatisfaction, and nobody has contacted me. Initially, when I encountered the very rude employee and asked her to speak to the manager, the employee gave me a fake phone number (likely because she knew she was in the wrong and did not want to be exposed). I have been reading the other reviews of this establishment and there seems to be a running theme of poor customer service and mistreatment of paying customers. Came in just looking for some hair products and wasn’t really sure what to get. One of the employees—super pretty and really friendly—came over and helped me out without me even asking. She knew exactly what she was talking about and made some solid recommendations that actually worked for me. The service was great overall, and the store had everything I needed. Definitely planning to come back.

Miyah is excellent. She greeted me, as soon as she made contact. Asked did I need help and Took the time to help me pick out the hair I needed even taking me to the mirror so I can see how it would look. Ask for Miyah next time you visit

The store is big and does have a lot of products, pricing is decent. I had an issue with the whole vibe of the staff. One of the employees was stuck on me the majority of my time in the store watching me. I had to take my child to the bathroom and had the employee hold my basket of items(2 baskets) and when we came out, she had taken them to the register and wouldn't allow me to have it back to continue filling with items I intended to purchase(basically made me feel like I needed to leave store.] Then the manager or owner came out the back and asked if I was done or ready to leave(I was still looking) once went to pay she was ride, pressing for me to leave.
