Pleasant experience that turned bad. We were visiting family in the area around Rocky Mount. This beauty supply store was recommended. As we entered, wonderful greeting by staff and eager to assist. I was very pleased with the helpfulness, courtesy and our selections. Until this morning. My Mom used her Citibank credit card to complete this purchase. At 8:30am, she received an urgent call from Citibank fraud department. Apparently "someone" attempted to use her card at 11:30pm the night before to order $120 worth of pizza from Shakey's. This was the only place she used her card. Disappointing because they were very nice. Needless to say, when in Rocky Mount again, we will not return.

I just love the owner of this store she has a great personality and very helpful.. I go to this hair supply store because it has everything I need and not to mention it’s in a great location! The hair she sales is excellent quality and it last me a very long time I have been doing business with this wonderful lady for many years and I will continue to purchase from her I am a very happy customer😊

While the owner is sweet as pie, her employee needs a lesson in customer service. I walked around unassisted about 20 mins. Mind you her friend was in the store and she talked to her the entire time. The shelves are never stocked with enough of the same hair and the selection is limited. It's such a shame bc I seriously like the location and wig selection.

Got there at 6:55. They threw me out at 7 saying they close at 7 even though their door and hours online says they close at 7:30pm. Not worth the visit. I only stopped b/c it was near Walmart.

Saved me a new nose piercing. I had lost my nose ring early in the morning and I had to wait until late in the afternoon to get another one and they had so many options.to choose from.
