Amber at Studio 13

Amber has been doing my hair for a VERY long time! She is able to cut and color exactly the way I want it every time. Sometimes I get just basic cut and color, other times I add in some crazy colors. Each time my highlights are perfect and so is the color. I highly recommend her!!!!

Amber has been cutting my hair for over 2 years now. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair, and followed her to her new studio. She knows what I like and I never have to explain how I want my hair cut. She cuts my twin toddlers hair too, and is always patient and sweet with them. We love Amber!

I first met Amber at her "old” place. I was about to have surgery that would require removal of a good portion of my hair. I decided to go all the way and have it all shaved off. Granted, this was not a huge challenge for a professional stylist, but it was the sensitivity with which she accomplished this mundane task. Needless to say, I was a nervous wreck and Amber’s calm and joyful presence made my preparation for the next day’s ordeal a blessing. Since then, Amber has nursed my hair back through the “serial killer” phase to a amazingly socially acceptable human look. Having Amber style your hair is like having an appointment with a joyous zen pixie who also just happens to be an amazingly talented and professional stylist. It could just be a haircut. With Amber, it is so much more.

I have 4c hair and Amber has done my hair several times. Amber is one of the most talented people I know! She always listens to exactly what I want and never fails to impress me. She’s amazing!
