❤️ UPDATED❤️ This is in regard to Savannah… My daughter went in, the work was not done well from the start — highlights were uneven, brassy, and not the color she asked for. Despite tipping generously in good faith that the stylist would make it right, Savannah canceled her follow-up appointment at the last minute and refused to fix her mistakes. This was unprofessional and left my daughter with a service she paid for but did not receive as promised. You need to make it right, be a professional and return the money as the goods were clearly not received. ❤️UPDATED 10/04❤️ Marilyn has been amazing at helping my daughter correct Savannah’s negligence. She has had great communication and went above and beyond to fix her hair this morning. My daughter is very happy with her hair now! Thank y

Terrible experience for my wife. We paid and then she had to go back a few days later to a different salon and spend another $305 to fix her hair and have everything redone before the wedding. We expected a refund and cannot get ahold of ANYONE and so re requested through our bank. And then they still disputed lur request after a TERRIBLE job on my wife's hair.... I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Savannah did well once before but admitted after adding bleach into my wife's hair she should not have even been doing the hair dye alone and continued to do a terrible job. luckily we had time before the wedding to get it done properly but should not have paid for the "work" that was done

Marilyn has always been very professional. She is very talented and her and her assistant are both very friendly. It is very easy to schedule appointments and I feel like I get a good value for my money. I would recommend her services to anyone! I've been going to her for almost two years. I wanted all my long hair chopped off and she didn't refuse me, she cut it off and she's been styling it short ever since. Very happy with my appointments.

My appointment with Marilyn Cadle was amazing. She was very professional, courteous and surprisingly fast. She had a cancellation & worked me into her busy schedule with very little notice. She is an accomplished stylist & I felt perfectly comfortable placing the fate of my hair in her hands. She is very knowledgeable of all the latest styles, techniques & services. I even overheard her instructing a potential client about the different types of hair extensions, the various & best procedures for applying them & the pricing for each. She completed the color & foiling she used to apply the Ombre I requested in record time. And when she began cutting my hair - a welcome surprise - she actually seemed hesitant to cut too much, where alot of stylists whack away with no concern for your request
