Amazing Lash Studio

I noticed that I was still being charged for four months after completing the cancellation process. I emailed to explain the issue and attached the completed cancellation form that I originally submitted in September, thinking that would be the most efficient way to resolve it. The manager called to confirm my payment method, and I returned the call within five minutes. I also called back the next morning at 9 AM to follow up. When I finally received a response, I was told that her schedule was busy and that “email is faster,” so I’m unsure why she called me to begin with when I started this conversation via email. Today, I reached out again because I only see that three transactions have been refunded. I was then informed that my card supposedly declined in October due to a “card issue,”

Got my classic lashes done and they r so much apart and so much spaces left between and don't put lashes right way. Spent $100 even with first time promotion they were rip off asking for specialist selection that I didn't even chose specialist and keep on promoting and pushing u to buy promotions and more products when their service is not even up to mark.

Molly was my Lash technician and she was so amazing and did such a great job. I got the “sexy” set and the lashes look so natural and wispy. I will definitely be coming again !

I loved the experience at amazing lash studio. The consultant with the hijab was very respectful and sweet and explained the overview very well!! I cannot wait to come back 🥰🥰

I went for a lash lift and a tint… paid the extra for the “master stylist” with Caylin because I wanted my first lash experience to go well… well it didn’t… my lashes looked just like the did before I went in there about a day later. Also, the tech didn’t even clear the product used off of my eyelids..I was literally walking around with the dried white glue in various spots on my face and not even the cashier told me. I looked in the mirror on my way out and almost scared myself. lol I peeled it off before leaving but come on. Complete waste of time and money with the lack of care from both of them. And the lash tech seemed like she was in a rush. I got a wax done as well and that tech was cool and she did a great job but she failed to tell me about the glue as well. Horrible experience. W
