Amazing Lash Studio

I had a very disappointing experience with Amazing Lash Studio (Overland Park), not only regarding pricing transparency but also how my concern was handled afterward. I was a first-time client and had never had lash extensions before. The text I received the morning of my appointment stated that my total was for classic lashes only and that “if you decide after the consultation” to upgrade to hybrid/volume, it would be a $55 upcharge. I specifically asked for a natural, classic look and was never told during my appointment that the style being applied was a hybrid set or that it would cost extra. I only learned this at checkout. Amazing! I have not had lashes in forever, because I do not like my eyes touched. Taylor was so gentle and quick I fell asleep. A big plus absolutely no pressure to buy a membership at all! So please go here or try again if you have nit been in awhile. I was absolutely terrified to go after 10 long years and I will tell everyone to go to Amazing in Overland Park. Or any other Amazing, not the copy cat places.

Great place! Jaden is amazing! Highly recommend her work, she's great at what she does! The other staff have always been kind as well!

If giving 100 stars was an option I’d do it over and over. I have been receiving services from Amazing Lash for over 4 years and I feel so beautiful and confident every time I walk out those doors. Jaden has been my lash tech for all 4 years and I absolutely love and adore her! Jaden makes the environment comfortable, warm, and loving. If it weren’t for Jaden I have no clue what I would be doing!

Went here today and had a very unpleasant experience. My tech was lovely, but the older, front desk lady was awfully rude and passive aggressive to me, and was worse to another young lady. It’s not your place to judgmentally ask “why a woman would work at Ford doing overnight shifts”, as she is your customer. Your customer is spending her hard earned money here, and does not deserve your micro aggressions. This employee frankly does not belong in the customer service industry and should quickly rethink her life choices if she is going to be so cruel, demeaning, judgmental and intrusive. Never coming back here again.
