Amazing Lash Studio

Had the worst experience at this location if this is not your home studio do not go! they don’t understand how credits work and are billing me for stuff that are already a part of my membership. And now the store manager is on vacation after she promised she would refund me. I hope you’re having a good time on your vacation with all the money you stole from your customers this place needs to get audited it sounds like fraud!!!!

I always wanted to try amazing lash out, but I was very disappointed. The customer service was awful. The moment I got there I wanted to cancel because my stylist who goes by the name of Jazzmine or “jazzy” Seems like she just didn’t want to be there. She was very uninviting and made me feel off-putting. The whole appointment I just felt like she was so unfriendly and rude. I paid for a service that came with a free promotion, but they told me they didn’t have time to complete the other portion and tried to book me the following day which was not good for my schedule. I tried to make it work and they were still unable to do my service still and once again handled me so rude. I will not be coming back here ever again worst experience ever! And I don’t even like my lashes! Do not go to Jazzy

I went in Saturday and got my lashes done and was completely unsatisfied! However, the manager “G” was very understanding and resolved my issue immediately. JASMINE IS AMAZING!! I absolutely LOVE my lashes now.. Don’t y’all try to steal her from me cuz I need to her to be available when I need her lol

Do not sign up for an auto draft membership. After 10 years as a member, I was suddenly charged almost $500 in back fees after putting my account on hold. Manager never returned calls, staff admitted a "system issue"; and they refused to refund me but said they would freeze my account until I was ready for a new set of lashes. Continued billing even after promising a freeze. I had to cancel and replace my bank card because I don't trust them now. Very poor billing practices.

Terrible customer service and support. Front desk staff rude. Only one girl sparkle did my lashes great where they lasted. The last tech did lashes and they were coming off day one. The manager is never on site and doesn’t call you back. They over charged me and never refunded after several voicemails left. I gave them a try twice because I live right behind the location. Now I have to drive far to get great lashes and customer service. I do not recommend this center. They could care less about you as a customer.
