Amazing Lash Studio

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost two years, & honestly, my feelings are mixed. On the positive side, the lash techs themselves do great work. As someone who trains mixed martial arts, I need lashes that can hold up through hard practices—& they usually do. The quality of the application is consistently solid, & I’m always happy with how my lashes look when I leave. However, the professionalism & time management here continue to be a real issue. There have been multiple times where I’ve waited 30+ minutes past my scheduled appointment because my tech was still with the previous client. This happens even more during evening appointments when no one is at the front desk to check clients in or communicate delays. Today was especially frustrating: I had an 11 AM appointment, arrived

10/10 recommend. I was hesitant the first time i came but Ive been coming here for 9 months since then and will keep coming. Secoya is absolutely amazing and extremely talented at what she does. Definitely ask for her !

I came to book an appointment, there was availability online but when I came in and spoke to a stylist after sitting in there waiting for 15 minutes for her to arrive, she turned me away saying she couldn’t do it because she’s training. And the other stylist are booked.

Nice people. Clean salon. The quality of the lashes is cheap and the tech didnt do a good job. A couple lashes fell out a few hours later. And I really dont like the shape and style, looks cheap.

First time getting my lashes done. The facility was so clean and smelled amazing. All attention was on my needs and the esthetician and receptionist helped me completely customize my lashes that would best suit me and my personal style. The esthetician, Allison, made me feel perfectly comfortable during the session and was very knowledgeable in her skill. I love how simple and efficient the intake form is. And I LOVE that if some of the lashes are not sitting right you can come back 1-3 days after the session to have anything adjusted! That is service!
