Amazing Lash Studio

I always have a good experience here. Jen and Allison do amazing work with lashes and eyebrows. Memphis is always a pleasure to see and genuinely listens to my concerns, regarding my skin. I do hope that the receptionists learn to better communicate and be more personable. I often feel rushed like I am an inconvience. No eye contact, asking questions and talking to you before you even have a change to get your things together and discuss payment/schedule at the counter. They are not rude. It just feels so uncomfortable. But the estiticians are amazing! I always recommend this place.

I saw Riley today because my original esthetician had a family emergency, and I was so appreciative of her time and abilities to give me what I liked. I told her my problem with the lashes and she was able to fix the problem I had. I was much happier with the look I got. Requested to have her as my permanent esthetician. She was very pleasant to talk to. I’m excited to come back and see her.

STAY AWAY!!!! First time coming to this salon, but I've been getting my lashes done for about 4 years. I hadn't had them done in a while since I moved, and I've never in my life had such awful lashes put on. My techs name was Rhy. She didn't separate or lift the lashes when applying and had way too much glue on the lash. Every single lash extension she put on is attached to multiple real lashes. This is not only terrible for your lashes but is wildly uncomfortable and itchy. You should NEVER feel that you're wearing lash extentions if they're put on correctly. She also glued the lashes to my eyelid the inner corners AND SHE GOT LASH GLUE IN MY HAIR!!!! My eyes are so irritated and crunchy. She didn't go over pricing as I'm telling her I wanted hybrid wispy and they charged me for volume an

The people and service was very welcoming. I didn't like the final product though because I'm coming from Vegas and wear Mega Volume lashes and the ones I got were equivalent to the Classic Style out there. 😥 I paid a lot of money for something that I will not be back for.

Riley is the best! Me and her laugh lol throughout our entire visit each time about something . My lashes always look exactly how I want them (natural & classic) . Cant leave out the receptionist they're super sweet and always accommodating! 10/10! AMAZE GAL HERE!
