Amazing Lash Studio

This was my first appointment at amazing lash studio. The studio was modern and clean. The staff were very friendly. I made my appointment online. They advertise online that the first appointment is $99.00. However, when I checked out they added an additional $40.00 for an experienced technician to apply your lashes. Shouldn’t all the technicians be experienced? My technician did a great job. However, I did not appreciate the added hidden costs. I will not be returning.

Short review : I had a terrible experience here. My lashes didn't last a week, and even after a readjustment, they kept falling out. The tech blamed my "lash retention," but when I went to another salon (Sasha Beauty Salon in Alexandria, VA), my lashes lasted 3 weeks without any problems. When I asked for the manager for a month straight, she never got back to me. Don’t waste your money here – go to Sasha Beauty instead! Attached is a picture of my lashes after only a couple of days. Was really excited to get my lashes lifted and tinted. It was my first time ever doing anything to my lashes. Paid extra for a master to do them for me since it was my first time, I wanted to get it done well. I loved the girl I had (won’t mention her name because I’m sure she’s good overall). I was the last client of the day so maybe they were all tired and ready to just go home. Lashes look great, but I’m upset because my lower lashes on my right eye got curled up so that’s a little frustrating and it just looks odd. I don’t have short lashes so you can tell compared to my left eye. I also was considering getting a membership but front desk girl told me they don’t offer it for clients that just get lash lifts and tints , only extensions… even though on the website it says you can get a m

I have met with stylist Malaya and she was very nice and helpful. She listened carefully to me and did exactly the style I was looking for. Also receptionist and the director were very professional and welcoming. Thanks everybody.

I am picky, specific, and extremely cautious about where I get my lashes done. This review reflects my experience with Ali. I loved working with you. You are exceptional. Thank you for not making me look like Miss Piggy.
