Amazing Lash Studio

Brandy Allen was superb as my lash tech since the end of November2025r! From the very first visit, she made me feel comfortable, at ease, and welcomed. She constantly asked for my Feedback during each service to make sure that I was receiving the ultimate care. She is extremely talented with her skills Making my lashes look outstanding for this 66 year-old woman! I also enjoyed our conversations together during each service as she was so pleasant to speak with and had a very Beautiful personality. Malia, the store manager, is equally to be commended for her Continual clerical work, which ensures the success of the studio. She has always been so gracious and kind to me, Even when I’ve had to reschedule. Major kudos to Amazing lash studio in Town Center, Baton Rouge, LA!!

Brandy is literally *the* reason I kept my membership! I originally went in to use my last credit and then cancel my membership. Buuuut after my appointment with her, I was so happy with the way she did my lashes that I decided to keep my membership. It's been a few months since then, and I have not considered cancelling since Brandy started doing my lashes. If you previously didn't have the best experience, give them a try again! They have new stylists and I can say for sure that they're much better than the stylists who were working here before. (Brandy alone will make you want to get/keep the membership. The other stylists there now are great too, though.)

I have been going to Amazing Lash in Houston for 2 years and I have absolutely loved it. It’s been Amazing! I go to LSU, so I decided to keep my membership because I knew there was a BR location. I have never been more disappointed in my life. Do NOT come to this studio unless you want to waste your time money and honestly lashes. I have been there 4 different times and every single time I have walked out unsatisfied. This past time, yesterday. I waked in going for a full set, and I walked out 4 hours later with no lashes. I told them in black and white what my lash map is and I showed them a picture of what I normally get and when I opened my eyes, I got something absolutely horrible. I was not going to pay for that mess, so I told them to take the lashes off. THEN, the tried to charge me

I am a bit disappointed to say the least about my first experience with a lash lift and tint. The whole experience took 2 hours from start to finish, sometimes was a bit painful and the results were incredibly disappointing. I only have a subtle lift of my eyelashes in the very middle with the outer parts straight as a door. I tried to call and request support on this and have yet to hear back from anyone. For over $100 you just expect something to work. To be fair to the staff, the receptionist did tell me that my technician was running 15 min behind which I was ok with. No one warned me that the appointment was going to be at least 90 minutes until I got there. Something that would be very important to know as you prioritize this around work. Amazing Lash does not have a corporate office, so there is no accountability. I'd prefer to avoid posting a Google review. However, it’s necessary. I arrived 15 minutes early. I was not greeted by a staff member, nor did I see anyone inside the store until 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I called the business twice from inside the location. I saw no movement inside the store to answer the phone, nor did anyone answer the phone. The business requires a credit card on file due to its cancellation policy. I felt obligated to stay because I responded yes to the text message sent, and I did not want to pay 50% of the service cancellation fee. I wasn’t sure if the business was going to contact me if I left the store before the service. Meanwhile, 5 minutes into my appointment, the tech
