I cannot say enough wonderful things about Amari Salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a serene, stylish atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, and they truly go above and beyond to make sure you feel pampered and taken care of. My stylist, Aimee, was an absolute magician! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offering expert advice and suggestions that made me feel confident I was in great hands. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I left the salon feeling like a whole new person. My hair has never looked better – shiny, healthy, and perfectly styled!

I am disappointed with my experience with stylist Aimee. I had to reschedule my appointments three times due to financial and time constraints, but each time I provided more than 48 hours’ notice, as per her policy. Instead of working with me to find a suitable solution, she refused to reschedule my appointments, citing a need to adhere to her policies. While I understand that managing appointments can be frustrating, her lack of flexibility feels unprofessional, especially in a client-focused industry. It’s concerning that policies can be created and enforced on a whim without clear communication about their application. The salon is comfortable and clean. Randi is fantastic! She is an extremely talented colorist and stylist. She rescued me from a complete and total color nightmare that happened at another salon and I have been with her ever since. Her services are reasonably priced and she so much fun!
