I had the most perfect session! Upon arriving Alvin greeted me and addressed my concerns for my full body massage. The room was perfectly dimmed to calming music. The entire experience was handled with extreme professionalism and Alvin applied the "just right" amount of pressure. I am always afraid of going to get massages because I fear it will be either too hard or too soft and so happy he got it right. I specially enjoyed his final touch of adding citrus essential oils toward the end of my session which uplifted my mood. I left feeling anew, which was my goal. Thank you!

Alvin Therapy is a hidden gem inside of Empire Sports and Training building. His massage was very calming and therapeutic!!!!! Never really knew I had so many tight spots in my back and after his session my body felt so much more relaxed. I will definitely be going back for more sessions.

His hands and intentional and his touch is focused and has a finesse to find the trouble spots! I booked my next appointment while I was still on his table. I've been workingout for 20yrs, have done body building to crossfit and now calisthenics, I used to spend money on chiropractor because of injuries but have found that with Alvin, my body recovers faster and I'm in the gym soon after. I've had shoulder issues, elbow and wrists and pec issues, Alvin has helped me and is my go to for muscle recovery especially when he does deep tissue massage with cupping, I highly recommend him!
