I am a huge fan of Alter Ego and their stylists. My go to stylist is Sierra. She does my hair coloring and styling. Highly recommend!

Love my experience with Abby Claire every time! She listens attentively to my requests and is incredibly knowledgeable about haircare, styling and products. As someone who doesn’t always spend a ton of time/energy on my hair, it was so helpful when she explained to me how to blow dry my hair in very detailed steps. It made such a difference! I often get compliments on my hair after I’ve gotten a fresh cut from Alter Ego!

5 stars because I was so impressed with Angelina. I like to book with associates or trainees for several reasons.. it’s cost effective, it helps grow new stylists, and honestly it’s just really refreshing and fun to watch the learning process for them AND myself because they tend to really communicate with you and their energy is just great. That being said, I was blown away with Angelina’s communication throughout my appointment. I think the woman who was overseeing her would agree that she did EXACTLY what I asked for (and that couldn’t have been easy because even I wasn’t 100% sure if what I was asking for was cohesive) and as she was cutting, explained what she was doing and how it would contribute to the whole look. She kept that energy at the shampoo bowl, I knew every brand, product

saw Violet after months of cutting my own hair. She really made art out of the mess i’d made 😂 I have another stylist at a different salon who unfortunately had to reschedule me due to weather. i do not like switching but i was feeling super bad about how my hair looked and Violet was able to get my scheduled and give me the exact shaggy cut i was looking for. Head massage while getting shampooed was also super relaxing and nice, and her vibe is just awesome. will definitely be scheduling with her again <3

This was a terrible experience, and I will not be coming back. I’d give zero stars if I could. The appointment felt rushed, and the stylist clearly did not listen to what I wanted, even after I explained and showed reference photos. The final result looked nothing like what we discussed. The cut was uneven, the styling was sloppy, and I left genuinely upset. When I brought up my concerns, the stylist became defensive instead of trying to fix the problem. For how much I paid, this level of service is unacceptable. To make things worse, I overheard multiple stylists talking badly about another coworker and using foul language. It created an uncomfortable, unprofessional, and negative atmosphere. This is not the kind of environment anyone wants to sit in for hours. Overall, this was a complet
