Allusions is my escape to relax and unwind and to converse with staff who are like family. Francine is an expert in color, cutting and styling. She is very in tune to your individual needs and likes.

Place looks amazing however when I arrived there was poor professionalism. I was not welcomed, I was not attended to instead I sat there for 30 minutes waiting to see if there was availability. After 30 minutes of waiting to be serviced I asked the person who was attending the front desk if they had any availability. She was the boutique person who finally after 30 minutes of waiting asked the owner and or the hairdresser’s if they had any availability which they said No. 👎 Don’t let a luxurious salon fool you apparently they have no professional ethics so I left their business and found another salon who greeted me with kindness, respect and offered their services. I've been to many salons in Branford and have now found THE ONE! Fran and her team are excellent for both color, highlights and cuts. Love love love the new dimensions in my hair. Also saved time and got my eyebrows tinted while I waited for my color to set so bonus, they came out great too! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Allusions for over 20 years! I drive quite a distance because their ability to change and update with the newest styles and techniques is second to none! I always leave happy, whether I bring a picture, or I tell them to “do what you think is best for my type of hair and face”! I get cuts, colors, highlights and keratin and I always get compliments afterward! They offer waxing and other services too. Thank you Fran and Team!
