5 Stars – A True Gem in Elmira Heights! I can’t say enough great things about Allure Salon! I’ve had my hair cut, colored, and styled here multiple times, and each visit has been fantastic. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional—they truly know their craft and take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for. The salon itself is always spotless and welcoming, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel pampered from the moment you walk in. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling your absolute best. Highly recommend Allure to anyone looking for top-notch service and beautiful results!

Kristen is the best!!!! She always gets me right in for an appointment as quick as possible, most of the time the same week I request one - Which is unheard of these days!!! Such a clean, inviting salon to get my hair done at. I’ve gone a handful of times now and have left feeling like a million bucks every session! There’s always fun music playing in the background and it’s one of my favorite self-care places. Thank you Allure and Kristen, you do not disappoint!!!! See you soon 🤪🫶

Glad Tori found a place to continue doing hair! Went there this morning 🌄 very nice place. Wish they did Mani/pedicure but my hair was colored and highlighted and it turn out good. You know me, I have to wear a few days to know if I love or hate it. To be continued.

I will not be back to Allure, I removed my mask so the stylist could cut around my ears, the owner was very unprofessional about the issue, I was going to put my mask right back on! She went back to my stylist while she was mixing my color and was talking badly about me, yelling she cares if no one else does, talking about me. Again handled it very unprofessional. Not to mention the salon is always filthy. Really, yelling at a patron while the dust is an inch thick on everything, a not so fresh hair ball was floating around the floor and the windows are always dirty. The floor, let’s go back to that! It’s always disgusting, dirty. So if I go back to my stylist I will be getting my hair done in my nice clean home. You can keep your ghetto salon, I’m good.

My first time in the salon but second hair cut/ color with Brandi. She is still amazing as ever and did a fire job on my hair. Very laid back atmosphere.
