Disappointing Experience with Gift Certificate Redemption I purchased gift certificates from Allure Nails Salon and was excited to give them as a gift to my daughter in law. I've had positive experiences here in the past—the atmosphere is welcoming and the service is generally good. The certificates had no expiration date printed on them Unfortunately, when she tried to redeem them last week, she was informed that the business would not honor it due to expiration. The staff was rude in explaining this by just tearing them apart right in front of her and said they would no longer honor them because they don’t use that kind anymore and she owed the full amount of her pedicure. I don’t typically leave reviews, but this is ongoing after 2 weeks and it’s very frustrating. I wanted to treat my daughter and my mom to get our nails done for my parents vow renewal…. After the 1st 24 hours I had to actually Google why my nails were hurting so bad. This has never ever happened to me before, but apparently if the tip is too small or there is too thick of an acrylic layer they can hurt for 24-48 hours. It took 4-5 days for them to stop hurting. Day 1 was the absolute worst and I could barely touch the tips of my fingertips. The acrylic is SUPER THICK and the same thing happened to my daughter, but hers only hurt for a day or 2. After only a week air bubbles were getting under my daughter’s acrylic and they began coming off. We paid for a special design that looked like a

So disappointed! I went in with my natural long nails and they were cut way down just over the end of fingers. The tools the gentleman used were old RUSTED and dull clippers. Left my nail jagged. Did not shape or smooth my nails. Went crazy with the cuticle cutter kept poking to where I was bleeding. No new kit was used as far as files buffer and pumice. Which is required per Florida law. I wanted to treat myself to a maní pedi nothing fancy since my natural nails are long and healthy just regular polish. What an awful experience. and yet still felt I had to leave a tip. I wish I would have walked out right at the start of this bad service.

Amy does amazing acrylics! Super clean nail salon, great prices, friendly and consistent. I love that they give you a box with your own personal files in it and that they use plastic liners on the pedi tubs. I'm a cosmetologist and cleanliness is very important to me. You will be more than pleased here!

I’ve been here under the old owners and the new and I can say the service and quality is just as good or maybe even better now. The entire staff is friendly, professional and talented. Seriously, the quality is very high. My nails are always shaped well and never look crooked. 10/10 would recommend.
