Allure Nail Spa at Hiram

I tried. I tried to work with this establishment to no avail. I was a walk in client in need of a gel manicure. Lily did a poor job. She did not allow the nails to cure in a timely manner (they rush every appt.). She tried to fix my nails while I was there. I asked before leaving the establishment if they were dry, the answer was yes. I returned from my car before leaving the town because I could tell they were not dry. Fix #2. Returned the next day when the gel polish began to peel the previous evening. I spoke to the manager on site. He acknowledged it was a terrible job and promised a refund if they could not make it right. FIX #3. Five days later rhe polish began to peel again. At this time, my nails are thin after three filings. Allow me to add that this is not a clean, sanitary nail

Updated review: 2 stars ⭐️⭐️On 12/23/2025, I went back to get a fill in and I am not happy at all! I had a male attendant this time and not only did he not follow what I asked, he tried to shut me up while I was explaining and then overcharged me for 2 simple designs that he didn’t even follow correctly. SMH The polish of not even smooth. I won’t be back. I really don’t like to be overcharged and not get what I asked for. They did an awful job on my nails. I asked for clear stiletto. He did pink. Then when I said “these are pink, I asked for clear” he said “I’m sorry. But these better” if I could give 0 stars I would. I left without letting him finish filling. $60 for a horrible job. They’re thick and bulky. Imagine short, thick, bulky, pointy nails. Now I have to go somewhere else for them to fix it. If there’s no wait on a Friday ….they probably don’t do a good job. Next time I’ll just wait at another nail salon. Replying to the owner: Thank you for your acknowledgement. I will be reaching out for a partial refund. I had to go to another salon for them to correct your employee’s mistakes and because the nails were so short for the stiletto shape, they were able to make them look better but they still are

This was my first time at Allure, and I was referred by a family member. Overall, the quality of the services themselves was good, but the attitudes I experienced really affected my decision to return. I was seen immediately, which I appreciated — the timeliness of service was great. I got a pedicure, manicure, and my eyebrows done. My pedicure was very relaxing and ok. My big toe is crooked. Just noticed now that I’m home and now I’m annoyed. I didn’t catch the name of the person who did my feet, but they did a an ok job. For my manicure, Brian did a great job on my nails — the shaping was especially good — however, his attitude was a bit off. I didn’t feel very comfortable during the service. I have been going here for 6+ months because it’s between my home and where my best friend lives and we always meet and get our nails done together. We are almost never happy with our nails. The techs are often rude. We want to sit together so we can talk and they always give us a hard time about sitting together or tell us we can’t. There is a guy there (sits to the front left) and I almost always manage to get him. He is rude, rushes through services, and over charges. I have had to go back on more the one occasion for them to fix them and I get attitude about that too. We get gel buildups and pedicures so it’s well over $100 each. Waste of money. Finally found another salon we actually like. Would not recommend
