First time here! Service overall was very good and Nathan (tech) was very patient. Gave suggestions that I politely declined since were not of my preference but were good to know them. Nathan was very polite and seems like he knows what he’s doing! I paid with card, and $3 service fee is charged. I suggest to request a copy of your receipt if you paid with card. Leave a tip, especially if you walk-in. Small space, clean space, and the chairs for the pedicure give you a massage. I definitely will come back again!

I called and made an appointment asap. Good service, and they were very nice. Update: I am still a customer a year later. Nathan does a wonderful job. His acrylic nails look so natural. I have now switched to Gel X. He really takes pride in his work!

I had been going to Hollie and Nathan on and off for sometime, and for the most part, the service was ok. Nathan is fantastic and if it was just Nathan, I would still be going to this salon. BUT, Hollie is so unprofessional!!! She also gives a mediocre pedicure (always cut my nails way too short even when I told her to please not cut them so short, sloppy polish job - like polish on the skin, and my nails were always unevenly filled). Again, I would politely point this out, but rather than fix it, she would just apologize in a condescending way and not fix it. Poor Nathan, I hate to think how many clients he has lost working with her. Recently I called to see if they had time to take me and Hollie said yes. I asked her if I should come now, and she said yes, now. Mind you this is mid afte

Yes they are busy, yes you will have to wait. Why? Because Hollie and her team are fabulous. Don't come in expecting to be fawned over and spoiled, if you want that go to a spa. If you want an awesome manicure and good art then sit down and be patient, they will get to you.
