Amy is truly exceptional. She is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and takes her time to make sure every nail is perfect. She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Rude and very unprofessional experience with Amy/staff. It was a slow evening around 6 pm, Amy was doing my nails and 2-3 of her co-workers came to sit next to her while she was doing my nails, they were talking SO loud, laughing, chatting for 45 minutes until some customers walked in. Amy rushed my service, did a terrible job and tried to charge $20 extra for a normal French tip, I will never return here.

Although I've had the pleasure of being attended to by both Diane and JoJo—who are absolutely fantastic—it's clear that every client leaves with a smile, thanks to the high standards upheld by all employees. Super rude and unprofessional, specifically Le. I walked in to get my polish removed, and one of the ladies told me to wait a couple minutes. Le walked over and told me the salon was busy and they couldn’t do it, even though it was completely empty. I was willing to wait and she didn’t even offer. She was purely focused on the other customer getting a new set. Note: another girl was in the salon complaining about how her nails all broke off and she was in 3 days ago and they were rude to her too. Highly unprofessional and unwelcoming, take your money elsewhere!
