They have an issue with communication. I have been messaging them trying to book another appointment for my daughter. Although my dms and messages have been seen. I haven't gotten any response while I see them respond to others. While I do understand people are busy and I am not entitled. I do feel a ways being that I received service before and my daughter is posted on their page and as a reference pic for booking smedium children box braids. If I can't book at this point it's fine but please take my daughter pictures down.

Allure is hands down one of the best stylists I’ve ever been to! So I had a major hair emergency the day before my milestone birthday party… I needed my hair redone because I had gotten my hair done by a different stylist, but it wasn’t up to par. I called her that morning needing to schedule a same day appointment and not only did she work me in that evening, BUT she took time to meet me at a nearby beauty supply store to help me select the correct braiding and ponytail hair (not my strong suit, lol). In all my years of going to the beauty shop, I’ve never had a beautician meet me at the beauty supply. 🤯 I showed her a picture of the style I wanted for my birthday party, and, for the first time in my experience with a hair stylist, she styled my hair JUST like the picture (if not better!

Finally, I've found my braider in Houston. I drove from Beaumont to Houston, and it was well worth it. Every braid is the exact same size, and I was extremely comfortable. These ladies are personable, professional, and take their time with your hair. I ran a little late to my appointment due to traffic, but I just let them know ahead of time, and they still accommated me. Suit and location was easy to find, and there was excellent communication prior to my appointment. I got the small boho braids, mid back, human hair ends and hot water curls.

BEST braid salon in Houston! Very clean, professional, and friendly. Allure has been braiding my hair since for 7 years and had never disappointed. Hair is always neat and consistent. Do yourself a favor and book better 💕

The owner of this establishment was absolutely amazing! I really appreciate her professionalism and willingness to redo a hairstyle I was unsatisfied with initially. As a professional stylist, this is the professionalism I look forward to and appreciate. I am very thankful for the time, energy and effort that was put forth in making sure the style I received was to my liking and her ability to set aside time from her busy schedule to complete a hairstyle I was satisfied with. I will definitely be going back to this establishment!
