I’m a repeat customer and have been bringing my son here regularly for haircuts. This is not an inexpensive salon, which makes professionalism and respect for clients’ time especially important. I arrived five minutes after my scheduled appointment with Angelia due to an unexpected medical call with my mother’s neurologist. When I walked in, Angelia told me a new client who arrived early would be taken ahead of me and I would need to wait an additional 20+ minutes. There is no stated late policy that I’m aware of, and during a previous visit the stylist ran late and cut another clients hair during my appointment and I waited without issue. I found the inconsistency and lack of flexibility unprofessional and disappointing. I chose to leave and will not be returning.

Angela is the best I have a layered mid length haircut and I think that was the best haircut I have ever had. I’m very happy. I find this place and that’s gonna be my place forever for me and my daughter. Thank you all possibilities and Angelia.

Due to the pandemic and then being a Chef I had not gotten my hair done for 3 years. I knew it needed to be done. Jerri reached out to me as I was complaining on Facebook. Jerri got me in and scheduled asap! It was wonderful to go ti the salon, know I needed some inches taken off & I wanted a natural highlight. But I came in with no idea or pics of what I wanted. I just told Jerri, she listened and the results are Amazing! I don’t think I ever got as many compliments on Facebook for posting a pic than the ones I will attach here. I was even told the style actually didn’t age me but made me look younger! Thank you Jerri! Can’t wait till next time, which will be way sooner than 3 years. I highly recommend!!
