Was a customer of their coral gables location for a long time . Went to the new location in Hialeah with an appointment and they said the appointment was in the system but the person actually is off that day . Why would you let customers make appointments for days the staff will not be working ?

Over priced and not the best work. First my my eyebrow shape was great and my tech Jenny was awesome but henna product on my eyebrows came off 3 days later. My nail experience was awful. First even do I had a appointment I had to wait 30 mins to get started and they had to ask a different person to do it that had just walked in holding her un eaten lunch. So she did my pedi in a rush and not caring. Then I couldn't do a full set cause to do so they wanted to remove the set I already had on. I've never heard of that. Bottom like I wouldn't return based on my personal experience.

Wonderful place! The atmosphere and people were amazing. I loved my facial for me and my cousin and coming back Botox hair soon.

Have been coming here for over 3 years and honestly am in love with this place. Everyone is so sweet and comforting. I love how the staff is and the services are always impeccable. I leave happy each time and always waiting to come back

My new favorite Med Spa! I have been here three times for three different services and they have been wonderful! The practictioners, front desk staff, and every personnel I have encountered has gone above and beyond to provide great customer service and excellent results. Their monthly specials are amazing. This place is truly an all in one Beauty Mecca! It’s great that I can get all my beauty services done in one place. They have a loyal customer for life in me.
