This is my second time coming here. Most likely won’t be back. They keep giving me massages with these baggy rubber gloves on and it squeaks against my skin and gives me the chills every time. I come here to relax on my ONE day off and I can’t get comfortable. Usually you want a massage to last for a long time, but I can’t wait for this one to end. She was just running her hands up and down my legs like she was inexperienced. I think I have the same girl that did me last time. To add insult to injury, she made a mess. I think she’s rushing. Them at the end, I asked what the name of my nail tech was and attitude was given. Mind you, I kept all of these comments and negative energy to myself. Been going for a few monthes. Always have great service, reasonably priced, and can always get an appointment same day. Sydney did may nails & she always does a great job with my designs

Do not waste your money or time here!!!! After spending hundreds of dollars here in 2 months, I had one good set and some idiot was supposed to do a simple polish change and sanded them down and painted way too much gel where the nails started peeling and looked bumpy in other areas and ruined my full set. When I called them to schedule an appointment to fix it, they refused to fix it, told me to go somewhere else and hung up on me!!! The photos I posted are 3 days after a polish change and my nails were not even ready for a fill and you can see the nasty bulky polish flaking off layers deep in areas, one nail lifting and one nail that fell off completely. 🤡🤡🤡

This is my $40 gel manicure. Towel lint mixed in with the polish and gel polish itself looks like regular nail polish I could’ve done myself. Nail shape isn’t consistent or even for that matter. To make things worse, the nail tech said it was $30. I repeated him “$30?” and he nods his head yes. I get to the register and he rings me up for $40. And then waits around for a tip. I will not be going back.
